After you create your property campaign online, you then need to create a sign that incorporates the
short code and keyword connect information for your prospective buyers to connect with you via text.
Most realtors will purchase a sign rider or adapt a sign rider to keep costs down.
We recommend that you laminate the text that will be attached to the sign rider. This process will
extend the life of the connect information and can easily be removed for use on future property
signage. We suggest that you keep your signs simple as most people that "Text Message" will
understand what they should do and what they will receive.
Reuse your sign riders!
To help save you money on the number of sign riders you purchase, we suggest that you create property keywords that are
more generic and not property specific. This will allow you to transfer this sign rider to another property after it has
been sold.
When you transfer the sign rider to another property you have 2 options:

You can cancel the current campaign and create a new property campaign using the same keyword from the property you
just cancelled. Enter the new property information and you are ready to go.

You also have the option to just change the property information on your current property campaign. When you do this
you may have people who have opted-in to receive additional information on the previous property. We suggest you send
a text message to these followers letting them know the property has been sold and give them the option to opt-out or
remain connected to the new property.
